napster live! concert in the art gallery
Alongside the Molinaro Private Collection exhibition, the OMNIUM Association will host a special concert by N.A.P.S.T.E.R., one of Italy’s most acclaimed Metallica tribute bands. The evening will also feature a tasting of French wines and a special talk by the art critic Giulio Boccali.
The concert is scheduled for Friday, September 26, at 7:30 PM at the Nimis gallery and is exclusive to OMNIUM members. In an intimate setting with only 30 seats available by reservation, guests will have the opportunity to discover the Molinaro Private Collection before the performance.
N.A.P.S.T.E.R. – Federico (vocals and guitar), Andrea (lead guitar), Enos (bass), and Stefano (drums) – will take the audience on a journey through forty years of Metallica’s career, from their most iconic hits to recent albums such as Death Magnetic, Hardwired, and 72 Seasons. Renowned for the authenticity of their sound and the energy of their live shows, the band creates a powerful and engaging experience. For this special performance, they will present a unique acoustic set tailored to the intimate gallery atmosphere.
The visual backdrop will feature works by Toffolo Anzil, one of the leading figures of Friulian painting in the postwar period and a key representative of Italian neorealism. Anzil’s work, characterized by strong compositional structure and expressive use of color, reflects the social and historical tensions of his time, particularly in his series depicting Crucifixions and Executions, which convey the harsh realities of war and the Resistance. Professor Boccali will introduce Anzil’s work, providing insight into the interplay between visual art, music, and the gallery space.
